For us humans it is only natural for us to experience emotions, wheather it may be happines, sadness, nervousness, or anger. Some of these are eaiser to control than others, but for many of us the hardest one to control is anger. Anger management is the process of learning to recognize signs that you are becoming angry, and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a productive way.
There are many ways to deal with anger. For some people counting backwards from 10 and taking deep breaths helps them deal with it. Others simply need sometime alone to think about things and calm down. While a handful of people go for a walk or a long run. These are all great ways to handle anger. I however have my own ways to deal with my anger. When I get angry I put on my earphones and listen to music as way to escape. I do that along with eating some sugar. Another option for me is sitting on my dad's car and watch airplanes go by. The fresh air helps a lot.
